HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

Please refrain from using ultrasonic or steam cleaners on your Eva Joy pieces. Ultrasonic cleaners can weaken settings over time, and cause damage on some heat treated stones. Steam cleaners can also inflict damage on some heat treated stones.

The safest method to ensure your jewelry stays clean and safe is to use mild soap, warm water, and a soft bristled brush to gently scrub away dirt and grime. Be sure to rinse thoroughly in warm water and pat dry with a soft cloth.

Another good rule of thumb is to never wear your fine jewelry to sleep, while exercising, swimming, or showering. Keeping your jewelry away from lotions and perfumes. It should be the last thing you put on for the day and the first thing you take off at the end of the day.

DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?

Yes, we do offer jewelry repair services for our customers. We understand that accidents can happen and that jewelry may require repairs over time.

For a fee of $75, we offer repair services for any jewelry purchased from our website within the first year. This fee covers the cost of labor and materials needed for the repair. However, the cost of shipping the jewelry to us for repair, and back once repairs are completed, is the responsibility of the customer.
